Mohammad Yousuf Hamad, Head of Public Communications at the authority, shared the information in a voice message on Thursday, August 7.
According to him, 25 houses were completely destroyed, and 45 others were partially damaged.
A total of 71 families have been affected by the floods.
Additionally, 330 jeribs (approximately 66 hectares) of agricultural land and 830 solar panels have been destroyed.
The exact dates of the flooding were not specified, but the Taliban's Meteorological Department had previously warned of possible heavy rains and flooding in these provinces.
